I am now officially on vacation! Because of this, I felt entitled to play Wii Fit for 3 hours (I am seroiusly addicted). I als made cookies w/ Nanna. (Who is visiting w/ Pop).
I had something amazingly funny to write, but I read too much fanfiction (I am now officially a nerd) and now the most intellectual comment I can manage is uhhh……..
I’ll write more later when I’m not brain-dead.
Adios!

(This is a real situation).
Once upon a time, in a school far far away, there was a history class. And in that history class, the students were having a debate. On gun control. One student (Star12) had labored endlessly on her topic, researching like crazy and shanghaiing her group members into doing something other than making rude jokes with each other. Her topic was pro- gun control. After many days of struggle, she brought to class her finished outline with overwhelming evidence.
The other team forgot to write an outline. They were too busy making up new rude jokes.
Her team took to the stage and delivered a persuasive opening.
The other team took their few notes and gave them to their worst member, not trusting him to do any improvising (the others would do those parts).
Let’s call him A.
A disregarded the scant notes. This is his wonderful argument.
A: We need guns for…like…our protection. What if an evil dictator like Hitler came over to America and ran for President? Then, when he won, he would like invade us and we would like all be killed ’cause only the National Gaurd would have weapons, and they would be like on Hitler’s side. But if people like had guns, they could like go and like stop the National Gaurd and like kick out Hitler.
True story. By the way, A, were you asleep the last 70 years? Hitler is dead.

My school gives us Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday off on the week of Thanksgiving. This plus the weekend gives us a 5-day break. Here is some of the um…wonderful…activities I did.
Sleeping: I would have slept until late in the afternoon, but I was forcibly woken up each day.
Chess: I have gotten addicted to chess (I know….I am slowly falling towards geekdom…hmm…I wonder if it’s fun to freefall…) My game total: 3 losses to John, 2 losses to Avnee, 1 win against Nisha, and 1 win against Kani (who now refuses to play me on account that if she can’t win it’s no fun anymore)
Checkers: A limited amount of playing time (after beating Kani, she refused to play again, and everyone else just plays chess)
Creating an audio book: I took an old comic book created by Kani, edited/added detail to it, then turned it into an audibook/book on iTunes with the help of Kani and my cousin Nika (I will upload it later: It’s called The Adventures of Isadora)
Creating a card game: KAM cards (I’m feeling too lazy to explain it right now, but it’s really fun)
Seeing Twilight with my friends: Interesting, but consisted too much of Edward (also known as Cedric Diggory) and Bella (also known as girl who needs acting classes) staring in wonder at each other in scenic locations.
